CHIN KWAI FATT was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of DIALOG Board on 19 November 2020. He is also the Chairman of Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee, and a member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee. He holds an honours degree in Economics from the University of Hull, U.K. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (“ICAEW”), a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (“MIA”) and Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“MICPA”).
He has more than 31 years of experience in leadership roles and consulting services, involved in a broad range of business advisory services and strategic Information Technology services to clients across diverse industry sectors. He has held various leadership roles within PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”) and the PwC Network, including Managing Partner for PwC Malaysia for 12 years.
He is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director of Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad, Nestle (Malaysia) Berhad and Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad.
