At DIALOG, our primary goal is to achieve ZERO incident. A set of life-saving rules called D’Rules was established as a reminder for workers and violations of D’Rules may result in a permanent ban from DIALOG sites.

As part of our dedication to HSE, DIALOG hosted the 2nd Annual HSE Week in 2023, featuring webinars, an award ceremony, complimentary health screenings and a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity. This initiative fostered a robust HSE culture and enhanced awareness among our employees and stakeholders.
On 1st June 2023, DIALOG E&C was presented with a plaque of appreciation from PETRONAS Chemicals Fertiliser Kedah Sdn. Bhd., for achieving 1 million safe man-hours without lost time injury (LTI) for the EPCC of Melamine Plant Project.
On 20th September 2023, DIALOG Plant Services Pte Ltd was awarded the HSSE Innovative Award in recognition of innovating safety concepts into daily work activities in Year 2022 at the Advario Global Safety Day 2023.
