NGAU WU WEI was appointed as Executive Director of DIALOG Board on 21 January 2026. He oversees Corporate Strategy and is the Managing Director of DIALOG Systems (Asia) Pte Ltd.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Canterbury, a Bachelor of Science in Information and Decision Systems from Carnegie Mellon University, and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, where he was a Sloan Fellow.
Wu Wei is currently Director of Corporate Strategy at DIALOG, a role he has held since November 2018. He joined the Group in 2007 and has since held senior leadership roles across sales and marketing, operations, digital and technology, corporate planning, and joint venture management.
In April 2021, he was appointed Managing Director of DIALOG Systems (Asia) Pte Ltd (“DSAPL”), where he oversees the Group’s international business operations and the Specialist Products and Services division.
Prior to joining DIALOG, he worked in New York as a Manager at KPMG Consulting/BearingPoint Inc.
