MOHD ROSLAN BIN ISMAIL joined DIALOG in June 2026 as the Director of Operations of Terminals Business. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University in U.S.A. He brings over 36 years of industry experience across refining, petrochemicals, industrial gases, and renewable fuels, and has held various leadership roles. He began his career with PETRONAS Penapisan (Terengganu) Sdn. Bhd. before undertaking international assignments in the United Kingdom and Taiwan with BP and PETRONAS joint venture and BP Company respectively. He subsequently served as Plant General Manager and later concurrently held the role of Chief Executive Officer for BP PETRONAS Acetyls (now INEOS PCG Acetyls). Prior to joining DIALOG, he was the General Manager of Operations at EcoCeres Renewable Fuels Sdn. Bhd.
